Many thanks to talkingelectronics. In this video we are showing you how to make
a very small home made FM transmitter Bug using
a single transistor and with a transmission range
of 200 meters.
This FM transmitter Bug is very easy to build.
The size of the circuit board is ONLY 22mm x 10mm.
I design the circuit board layout using
Pain shop pro X2 ,it takes me 4 hours to get
the design right ,i want a very small PCB.
To make the PCB i will be using the toner transfer
method and Ferric Chloride.
Parts used:
Home made PCB
2n3904 transistor
4.7p ceramic capacitor
1n ceramic capacitor
22n axial ceramic capacitor
1 - 5p to 30p air trimmer
360R resistor
4.7K resistor
10mm Mic
35cm antenna
Battery Plug
Some solder
19mm heatshrink
Total cost just 90p.

when did u buyed these things

awesome i have been looking at some designs and this is by far the best and easiest but can a variable capacitor be used instead of a trimmer capacitor because thats what i use on my radio jammer

@LleviathanzZ
Will pickup sounds from over 20 feet way!
Mic sensitivity about -44dB ±3dB
Frequency response: 20-20000 Hz

With best regards to dazaro3 :)))
Thanks the straight forward and clear tutorial with perfect illustartions and perfect video.
Only a few questions :
1) Upto what distance will the MIC pickup sounds ?
2) What is the MIC sensitivity ?
3) What is the MIC's frequency response range ?
Again ....... THANKS :))))

can you give me the design of thi pcb?
railrdr523(2 weeks ago)
what website did you buy everything from?
im still looking for the trimmer capacator, the 22n axial capacitor, the 330R and the 4.7K Resistor

can you give me the schematic for this pcb??plz plz plz plz plz
railrdr523(2 weeks ago)
so you can? will it be bad for the electronics, or does 3v not matter that much?
dangerswap(2 weeks ago)
And the 9v battery plug is attached to a 3v battery pack (also shown in his schematic and final setup). I was confused too..
jccooluser(2 weeks ago)
yes you can
railrdr523(2 weeks ago)
fudge.....
Nic0le666(2 weeks ago)
they are at 12volts and he uses a 9v battery plug so...
railrdr523(2 weeks ago)
in your diagram, you have it as "330R" and under the discription, u have it as "360R" i believe it is a 330R, correct?
railrdr523(2 weeks ago)
@Nic0le666 k, thanks. btw, u can change the battery to run off a car cigerette lighter, right?
Nic0le666(3 weeks ago)
yeh thats wat im gonna do
its the same thing
separate the left n right input and ground
easy (Y)
railrdr523(3 weeks ago)
could you replace the microphone with, say, a headphone jack for use with ipods in car?
dazaro3(3 weeks ago)
@Marcellichen
Hi
Its a very common capacitor its a:
0.001uF / 1nF, or a 1000pF
Hope this helps

Hey super video thx for upping
i am from germany and i dont know what this is "1n ceramic condensator "
cermaic condensator is clear but what is the "1n" can you post a link to any online shop where it is because i cant find it
thx

TrangertoR(4 weeks ago)
i did not know that:), if you order online do you have shipment to your city?? :)
Wildhunter16(4 weeks ago)
in egpt this shops are hard to find so i shop online
TrangertoR(4 weeks ago)
why dont you try in a shop for electronics:D
TrangertoR(4 weeks ago)
you can put smoe kind of jack but you have to plug the mic in to the jack after that :D
FuzzyAirwaves(1 month ago)
could i find these parts in common household items?
MrSofakinggood(1 month ago)
can i switch that mic for say, an audio input jack without having to add anything??? I have no experience with this stuff and wanted to make one, only substitute it with a jack.
